    BS: Cortright concluded that tolls on either an I-5 or I-205 route could pile up to as much as $30 for a hypothetical round-trip commute between Wilsonville and Vancouver during peak hours — when tolling rates would be at their highest to discourage congestion.
    This State waste's enough money to pay for work.

    They are losing $$$ as more and more efficient cars and EVs hit the roads and aren't paying for the gas taxes. As with everything in life, you might think you can keep your money but the government will always find a way into your pocket one way or another!

    This seems like a fairly simple calculation. It impacts nearly everyone in the state. Just add it to the income tax, including the cost to replace it in the future.

    Done. Problem solved now and forever.

    I report to work down on Swan Island. There’s rats everywhere. Huge ones. That look the size of nutria that rummage through the trash cans. Also a big skunk problem too.

    Tom McCall waterfront park has a rat problem as well. One time it was dusk in the summer and I was walking by the old restaurant and probably saw a dozen. It creeped me out.
