The Blazers traded Josh Hart and Gary Payton and got back Mattisse Thybulle, Cam Reddish, Ryan Arcidiacono, a 2023 1st from NYK, and 5 future second round picks from GSW. The Payton trade has been surrounded by controversy after he failed the Warriors physical and may be rescinded. The Blazers sit a game out of the play in after another embarrassing loss to the Thunder. If you have questions or comments for tonights episode of around the NBA with Chris and Eric, post him here and they will be answered/shared on the podcast.
Do we have to wait until the Blazers find new ownership until Cronin and Billups are fired? I know the Blazers are staying quiet, but this Payton injury scandal shouldn't be brushed to the side.
So the Blazers disregarding player health & safety, just so they could make a few bucks, is a positive moment? Simons getting a cool dunk in the 2nd quarter is all we should focus our attention towards?
ok...I've been going to my bookmark for your podcast and there's nothing there since jan 10th.....tried twice but not finding you guy's new stuff...I've mentioned this before but you should include links in your threads.
We haven't done one since then. Well, we recorded one episode but it had issues and was lost. We have been off due to my mom's death, and some other issues. We won't be doing our next episode until the weekend after this one. Sorry for the delay. All questions posted in the last two questions threads for the podcast that can still be answered in the next podcast will be. As soon as the next podcast is up we will link it.
Do you think management's failure to get another big man means they are tanking? Will the team do better or worse with Simons out? Who has a better chance of being a solid rotaiton player; Thybulle or Reddish? When will Ukraine be strong enough for a counterattack?
