<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>NEW YORK (Reuters) - Dwyane Wade sank the game-winning basket with 2.3 seconds left on the clock to give the Miami Heat a 100-98 win over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday.Wade scored 37 points, including the Heat's last 17, as Miami rallied to beat the Pistons for the first time this season.Wade finished 15-for-27 from the field and 7-for-9 from the foul line, hauling in eight rebounds and scoring 28 of his points in the second half."It was fun," Wade told reporters after the game."This win was important for our confidence. Any game where we're down, we can always look back to this game and know that we did it against a good team and can pull it out."Shaquille O'Neal added 31 points for the Heat, with 21 of them coming in the first half. Detroit led 59-49 at the half. The Pistons stretched that lead to 84-71 after three quarters, before Miami staged their biggest comeback of the season.Miami finally tied the game at 98-98 on Wade's basket with 55 seconds left. Detroit then missed a pair of shots before the Heat got the ball back with 25 seconds left, setting the stage for Wade's game-winning 16-footer.TAKE OVERThe Pistons had one last chance but Tayshaun Prince's 3-point attempt missed at the final buzzer.Chauncey Billups scored 29 points and had 10 assists to lead Detroit, losers of three of their last five."Dwyane took the game over," Pistons coach Flip Saunders said. "He got a lot of shots up and we couldn't get any help over."</div>LinkThe pistons are losing alot lately

It was only a matter of time man, I didnt think they had a chance to hit the 70 win mark because they were going to hit a cold stretch eventually which they did right now. Theyll probably pick it up in a week or two again and steamroll through the playoffs. [IMG]

I saw that game, Detroit led all the way up until the last few minutes and lost it.. That's not how you close out a game you had in your pocket. The bench will be their downfall, much like it was last year.

It was the Dwyane Wade show. Scoring 18 in the 4th, including Miami's last 17 as a team, none more improtant than his game winner. Great game, he carried the Heat, put them on his back and carried them to victory. Kobe who? Haha.

Wow........Wade is amazing. He scored the last 17 points for the Heat......just amazing. This is probably the best game the Heat have played all season. But, one thing I found strange was that Shaq's first shot of the second half was in the 4th quarter. He had an amazing first half, get him more touches!

The word Defense simply slipped out of DET's mind when it came to guarding Wade. He just went off like Kobe.

Good. The Bulls record will live another year! The Pistons suck.
