    SHAWNE MERRIMAN is his actual name, you might want to spell it right.Id recommend cutting about the 25 pixels off of the height and go with 400x100 instead.BG and Pic are decent, text is meh, but better then usual from you.And it needs a border.Getting better man.

    Fix the mis-spell and slap a border on there and this is a big improvment from your usual stuff

    The BG is ok, not too fond of the multicolor, text is horrible too might want to find a pic tooStep up from usual work though
