Great win to move ten points ahead of Pittsburgh.

Kreids takes over the game with 2 goals in last 9 minutes. Igor made some ridiculous saves on high danger scoring shots by the pens. Miller will be a cheap contract next year!

Funny how Mr. Titanic doesn't show up when the Rangers play well.

As I said, 3rd place now locked up, it was never really even threatened despite the sky falling in here. Now take the remainder of the regular season to get/stay healthy, and gel as a team. Play the Devs or Canes in round 1, and away we go.

Amazing how with adding tar and kane the kids have sucked. I wonder why. Hopefully they can get it going. They need them to step up again.

Aside from the giveaways an easy win against the aging Pens, cheap shots seem to be all they've got left.

That team is in a tough spot. Hard to rebuild with Crosby, Letang, and Malkin, but reality is they have no shot to win anything, lack depth, and need a better goalie. They'll be one and done again against BOS, CAR, or NJ. They should be rebuilding, but cannot yet.

Just finished watching the replay of last night's game, wasn't able to watch live....Another game with some big hitting, a bunch of scoring chances, very fun game to watch.
I get Miller having a bad giveaway on that first goal but let's not let Panarin and Zibanejad get off scot-free...they both had giveaways just before Miller's that put him in a tough spot. Gotta eat that puck in the corner instead of passing it right to one of the best players on Earth though.
I thought the kid line played well and had some very good chances to score just couldn't bury it.

It’s amazing if you get really low seats, you see it differently. The blue line and the face off circle look so far away on TV but they’re so close when you sit behind the goal. It doesn’t look like it’s that far away. Plus on TV. It looks like the goalie has no chance to stop a hard shot but behind the goal you can see that he actually has some reaction time.

I felt the Rangers played a sound defensive game for once. I couldn’t see the second Pitt goal at the other end of the ice. Didn’t seem like the Rangers were giving up odd man rushes. Motte’s best game by far. Other thing I noticed when you’re down really low these guys have almost no space and time to make a play. Looks like they have more space when you watch it on TV.

I’ll be there Sunday vs. Nashville. I thought the Pitt game would be a little bit more intense. Maybe this next Pitt game will be which means they may lay an egg on Sunday.

I thought I saw someone sitting behind one of the goals with a therapy chimp but it all makes sense now.

Congrats on making it to your first Rangers game. Im glad seeing an actual game in person opened your eyes about what the sport is actually like.
    Kidding, of course.
