Anyone with back issues needs to try this, very therapeutic. Helps blood vessels contract.

I’d try it. But where do I get all the ice and the tin bucket?

Day 2 much worse than day 1. Which I kinda figured would be the case.

I’ve had worse lumbar strains over the years, but always forget how uncomfortable they are until the next one happens.

Muscle relaxers seem to help a lot but damn they make me so sleepy.

New results say that air pollution decreases bone calcium, especially in the lumbar area. You drive all day for UPS or FedEx, right?

It took me until I was in my early 60's, but I am now a firm believer in a good (not always easy to find) chiropractor in certain back related circumstances. But I'd rather try a Flexeril first if I have them (washed down with a beer or two). They tend to give me a bit of a hangover (even without the beer) the next morning, but they seldom fail to work if I go straight to bed once they start to hit me.....and they're not addictive.

2-3 bags of cocktail ice in the bathtub will work.

Mrs HCP had me trying some crazy kama sutra moves during the last road trip too. A tweaked back just comes with the territory.
