what do you guys think?i think that the #1 thing must either ensure that Pennington can reutnr fully healthy or get a new QB. You need stability at the QB position#2 is probably improving that secondary, and while the young CBs are talented, not experienced enough to replace Law.#3 - a RB of the future. Thats if the coaching staff decides that Cedric Houston cant do it, which is a debate

Start from the top down.1) Coaching Staff - Build the top coaching staff that buys into their system. Not just the biggest names *cough*Dolphins*cough*, but the actual best coaches. - Almost Finished2) Quarterback - Is Pennington the guy? If not, cut him. Then either draft/trade for their guy.3) Offensive Line - The most underrated priority in the game. We need to address the line.4) Tight End - Baker is a Free Agent, and we need a weapon at the TE position. Hopefully we can grab either Marcedes Lewis or Dominique Byrd in the second round of the draft.5) 4-3 we need a Nose Tackle (Thomas - Robertson - NT - Ellis / Hobson - Vilma - Barton) 3-4 we need a Nose Tackle and a Linebacker (Ellis - NT - Robertson (Not a true nose tackle, which is impertative in a 3-4, so he moves to DE to show off his pass rushing strengths) / Barton - Vilma - Hobson - LB(Maybe Thomas?))6) Secondary Help - Coleman, Rhodes, Miller, Barrett, Strait should be able to get the job done (Hell, just look at what Mangini did with the Patriots Secondary, but id like to see some depth/insurance there.)Then Next Year we need to address the RB position
