    How is this possible? How can it cost a lot to live in such a SHITHOLE? Such a horrible city? Who would ever want to pay a lot of money to be surrounded by meth land and homeless every where you turn?

    Ideally, I’m going to rent out my house here in wine country, move away to my other house, have the rent cover both mortgages, and let someone pay for the roof over my head and my investments while I enjoy life.

    Banking on the continued strong growth of Oregon real estate, or I’d cash out now.

    Still gotta work, but it’d be nice to take a step back and enjoy life a little bit more.
