    Of course a DA can be arrested if he/she/they break the law. A DA can't be arrested for bringing charges against anyone when there is probable cause that person committed a crime. I am sure Rand Paul knows this. It's all about red meat for the base.

    What you mean when you say that is you believe the law doesn't apply for someone, not that you don't believe the rule of law. It's so dumb when someone says anything close to that. He broke the law(s). He should be indicted. It's really that simple. Common sense tells you that, to which they have none.
