Oh, you mean a mega thread with 5,000 posts that you have to wade through for a couple of hours to see if someone has already posted what you want to post? What a brilliant concept.

Or just type, "Dallas, tanking" into the search bar.

    https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id...ma-play-nba-executive-wishing-team-had-tanked

It's often said that the future No. 1 pick does something new and previously unseen virtually every time he steps on the court, but even he outdid himself this time, leaving some lamenting what might have been.

"Honestly, I wish we wouldn't have won so many games this year," the Western Conference executive said. "We're going to all regret not tanking every game to get this dude."

the 95 Ford Taurus SHO was hilariously fast. They would smoke the tires with just a love tap.

Early 90’s Mustang GTO was one of my favorite cars. A buddy had one. All suped up. I thought I was so cool riding shotgun. Even though I drove a late 80’s Ford Ranger

What is going to be really pathetic is that Dallas will have to try to lose to 21-59 San Antonio AT HOME to assure starting with the 10th position, pre-lottery.
(Because Chicago and OKC would tie Dallas if they won and Dallas loses.)

I suppose the Blazers gave them a template, but just barely.

Spurs at Mavericks starts at 12:30 on Sunday.

the template for tanking was set by the Spurs in 1996-97

    1993-94: 55-27
    1994-95: 62-20
    1995-96: 59-23
    1996-97: 20-62
    (popovich master class)
    1997-98: 56-26
    1998-99: 61-21
(Championship season - adjusted for lock-out)

it was the most successful tank of all time and it gave the Spurs 5 championships
