    It was thought there would be a young, cheap player that would be included that wasn't a complete scrub. Most people wanted Jones, but N.O. wasn't ever going to include him, so the next piece was Murphy. He ended up not being included either and it was Hart and scraps.

    The NBA is a clown show. I don’t know how they can “investigate” Dallas with a straight face when Portland has been tanking for two weeks.

    I was told we had to give Powell away for nothing because Olshey sucks.

    I always countered; well just keep him then.

    But we had too many guards I was told, and wanted to sign a 6'3" backup forward, hard cap the team, and gain "flexibility" to do something that never would happen.

    At least the Blazers now have a roster full of taller better defenders.....

    Ohh, but Olshey sucks, so we decided to let his right hand man run the show the next half decade. Great times ahead.

    New Orleans at Minnesota is one game today that will matter for both teams.
    I think this is the only such game.
    What makes it even more interesting is that they are both fighting for the eighth seed in the Western Conference.
    If Minnesota wins, they will move past New Orleans in the standings and the Pelicans will drop to the 9th seed.
    Starts at 12:30.
