Would love to see Gallant put Lindgren out to shoot third if Igor makes this save.

Hate the shootout but it would've been nice if they all didn't try the same move knowing Levy wasn't going for it.

Once again proving no one on the Rangers really wants to shoot the puck.

Are the dumbass Pens going to blow it? down 1-0 to the Hawks and would jump ahead of Isles for the last wildcard spot if they win

How funny is it that the Pens long playoff streak ends because they lost at home to awful Chicago. The only way the Pens get in now is 2 points against CBJ, and the Isles get 0 points against the Habs at home - not happening. The Pens lose every tiebreaker.

Looks like Panthers and Isles get in. Panthers get 2 points against the Canes they play the Met winner the the Isles play Boston. Panthers get 0 or 1 point, and the Isles win in regulation, the Isles get the Met winner, and the Panthers play Boston.

I'd rather see the Islanders miss than Pittsburgh but it's slim and none with that. Not only because i dislike them more than the Pens but i also think they're more dangerous.

Lou missing the playoffs would have been lovely, but the Pens had to choke it away.

    Isles in, and Pens eliminated.

Panthers get 2 points against the Canes - Panthers top WC, Isles play Boston.
Panthers get 1 point or 0 points - Isles top WC, Panthers play Boston.

Devs own TB's against the Canes. So bottom line is the Devs need to gain 1 point on the Canes in game 82 - Devs at Caps, Canes at Panthers.

Canes get 2 points they clinch. Devs get 0 points, Canes clinch.

I think right now I am rooting for the Panthers to beat the Canes.

First - I want the Isles to play Boston. I think the Isles could beat the Canes or Devs, and who needs to deal with that.
Second - at this point I actually think I rather play the Canes than the Devs. I think it is close and tough either way, but slight edge I rather play the Canes. The Devs style and ability to capitalize on our mistakes, concerns me.

Rather have the Islanders make it. If the pussy Pens got in, Carolina or Boston would cruise through that first series. Isles will make them work at least.

Two games decide it all tonight - both at 7. Devs at Caps and Canes at Panthers.

Decides who is the first WC playing the Met winner, and who is the 2nd WC playing Boston.
Decides who wins the Met, and who finishes 2nd in the Met and plays us round 1.

It is actually very simple - Devs need to gain 1 point on the Canes to win the Met. Panthers need 2 points to be the top WC.
