    My wife is Vietnamese and when she says agents it sounds like Asians. Quite often I was pretty confused early on in our marriage.

    Clever lady, why waste time on dating apps and hiring real estate agents when you can kill two birds with one stone...find a husband and get a chunk of his money upfront then live in his house .....if he's in his 90's she could probably sell this house every five years or so with this method!
