I don't know what he thought he would do with a pass there.

Did Drury even look at Trocheck's performance historically in the playoffs? This guy is a complete trash.

I know you all want a whipping boy in Trochek but what is anyone else doing?

He is a second line center who has been trash. Loses another faceoffs. This guy is a complete bum.

Trocheck is losing faceoffs to wingers. He’s turning the puck over constantly. He’s making poor decisions in the defensive zone. He’s possibly our worst player so far this series.

Missed the first period but the second wasn’t all that great either. Is it me or are there quite a few empty seats?

The Devils are guarding Schmid with three players whenever they can. Have to get people moving around.

That was not a good period. Give the Devs credit for the game they are playing, but man you would think this is a December game with the passion the Rangers are playing with. Wake the F up guys.

And pick on any one guy you want, but the whole team has been sluggish. We have ONE goals in 5 + periods at home...ONE. This is typical Rangers playoff hockey in everyway:

    1. Cannot deal with any sort of series lead or put a team away - always has to be the hard way and 7 games.
    2. Making a no-name backup goalie look like a world beater.
    3. No matter who the players are, the Rangers simply cannot score in the playoffs. 2-1 is pretty much the normal Rangers playoff game.

Rinse and repeat. Add in the PP has been horrific tonight, and there you go.

We'll see if they play with any sort of passion in the 3rd - flat as a pancake in a huge playoff game in your building, facing Hasek in his prime.

You missed the first period yet get to comment on my post...guess you missed where I blamed Fox for the Devils goal...guess you missed asking for Z TO STEP UP...

what does Laffy and Kakko excel at?
    Neither have tremendous speed...
    Heavy shot? Haven't seen that...

Kakko out of the two have great board work and is stronger on the puck of the two..

    What does Laffy excel at?

Vally just said it. They just sending long useless shots. Also, they nowhere in the area when two pucks have been sitting in the crease.
