    Rebounding is important.
The 4 with Siakam is better.

However, if there were a way to get BOTH Bridges and Siakam (using Grant as salary ballast) - that would be best of all.

no doubt that's true, but, as I implied in the OP, getting just one of those guys is probably a bridge too far into fantasyland, getting both is probably riding over a rainbow into blazer heaven

and what you imply might be the best solution: Bridges is the better player and still has some upside potential. A S&T of Grant after adding Bridges, along with a possible Nurkic trade might re-work the roster and cover the rebounding issue

Where our pick lands would determine how much we can do. Until then, hard to say what we can get

that might be true although I'm not sure how much difference there will be, in terms of leverage, between the 6th pick and the 3rd pick

I think Siakam is possible mainly because he has 1 year left on his contract. I have no idea how much he loves playing in Toronto but I bet they would be willing to move him for our pick. He fits a major need for us....a 2-way player with a size that can create his own offense. I think because he can handle the ball well, he would fit with Grant who does two things well on offense....shoot unblockable threes and cut to the basket and finish strong.

Bridges would be nice but much harder to get IMO. He is from the area and his age fits with their rebuild, and has a great contract. I don't see it happening.
