Such a soft team. Motte didn’t work out in his second stint. Kane has a bad attitude. Tarasenko, like Panarin, easily disappears. Mikkola sucks. Kreider and Z suck. 3rd line sux. Vesey is a waste

Remember when the Rangers were the fast team that flew up and down the ice.

No point in going backwards, but I still say, and I said it then all over the place, firing Gorton and JD was bush league, and a terrible move by Dolan.

This isn’t even about Kane. It’s about Kane, Zib, Tarasenko, Panarin, Trochek and Fox who all did nothing the past 9 periods vs a team starting Akira Schmid for first time in playoffs. It’s disgraceful.

Drury has been ok as GM, though I didn't like not finding a way to keep Buchnevich. There's not much else he could've done recently with where their cap stands.

The Rangers have tons of talent but it means little if they don't want to bring it in the playoffs. I said before that this tonight didn't surprise me. The team looked dead after last game.

The audacity of this team to play like pussies against this rookie goalie is unbelievable. Strome, Vatrano, Braun, Motte 1.0, Copp and Rooney/Reaves were way better than Kane , Tarasenko, Vesey, Motte 2.0, Mikkola and Trochek. That team had identity this team doesn’t

They're taking away the shooting lane for Fox and clogging things up in front of Schmid. He hasn't made any real standout saves.

This is the bottom line to me. Has been the theme for 10 + years. Too many stars and big names, not enough playoff grit and hungry HUNGRY players still trying to earn it. The Rangers have shown up when they wanted to the past 10 years, and that is a sign of a fat cat team, loaded with big name players, who have a lot of money and security. It's all very comfortable.

    Kreider/Z/Kane
    Pan/Tro/Tara
    Laf/Chytil/Kakko
    Fox and Miller

A team with those players has TWO goals in the past 9 + periods against a rookie, unproven, recently in the minors goalie. Enough said.

All you can say now is maybe they have some desire left to muster to get it to a game seven. My feeling is they might play better but it won't be enough. They let the Devils get several gears ahead.

This goalie is not even their number 1 backup which makes it even worse. There is something rotten in that locker room. I don't fucking get it how they could collapse like this after first two games. I think there is some beef between the players and Gallant. He threw them under the bus after last game. Him and Zibanajed has had some beef in the past. Gallant called out Zibs for yapping at the refs too much last game.

I'm very excited and they're the polar opposite of the Rangers right now. Young team coming into their own and ready to make statements the next several years.

I've watched some of the Knicks playoffs games and they remind me of those 90's knick teams with Ewing, Starks, Oakley, Derek Harper. I'am pretty impressed but things can change quickly in professional sports.

Defense has played soft. Reaves didn’t score last year but he intimidated the Pens Canes and even lightning into staying away from Igor. Meier has been harassing Igor the whole series. Fuckin pathetic

They need to make some quicker decisions with the puck. Right now it's almost like 6/5.

I’m tired , of being a rangers fan!

I don’t think it matters the name on the sweater or the name behind the bench.

the same results are happening regardless.

we do play better with our backs against the wall , but, I think the devs are better. They were all year.

and as far as laffy goes… he’s a terrible first round pick. Kakko is a talent , but he’s too soft . And he ain’t never gonna play gritty.

    go rangers… puke

    Go Knicks

Normally you'd say this team is better back against the wall, and they'll win at home and force a game 7. But the way the Rangers have played the past 3 games, and especially the no show of the last two games, I just don't see game 6 being good for us. I think it will actually be very similar to game 5. I don't think we are sitting here 3rd period with a lead and playing well. I think we'll be tight, and nervous, and it will lead to a tentative game, and the Devs will take advantage of that. I can see 3 or 4 to 1 (maybe an empty net goal). I doubt we score more than 1 goal against this kid at this point.

What a shame of a season, and a sad way to end it. Epic fail, and someone(s) will pay.

This was the Carmelo Anthony trade all over again with Dolan screwing things up as usual
