Also a nice catch by Bauers down the LF line. Bauers is Trashman's flavor (player) of the day or week. Bauers with a stellar .213 big league b'avg, .307 obp% with 3 prior clubs. Yanx reek of desperation!
Yeah, I know, but I'm so hard core, and have been for 64 years...so I still root for the pinstriped laundry. Luckily, I still have Volpe, and DJL, and Rizzo, and Cole to pull for and I hope that if Judge goes down they call up The Martian. And personally, I would prefer to not have to watch Hicks, Donaldson, and Stanton ever play again...sad thing is, Hal could've prevented all of this.
And I know that for the time being we have Rizzo but like I said a couple of years ago, we should start gradually make the transition of Judge from the OF to 1B if we really hope to see him play out his contract...it worked for Mantle, even though the Yanx waited too long to do it.
