Some jerk is trying to levy Ohio citizens to put a retractable dome on the Browns stadium so that Cleveland might get a Super Bowl. I hate what the NFL is becoming. Nobody will put up money for the dome anywho. Cleveland needs to fix its school systems first. Anywho why dish out money for something that probably wouldn't happen anyway!
