Quite impressive that Ukraine knocked out six of the scarce and expensive hypersonic Kinzal missiles. Putin was so proud when he introduced these new missiles that no one would be able to knock down.
The writing is on the wall, Ukraine will take back crimea and join NATO at the end of the war. NATO forces will be permanently stationed in crimea so Russia never tries again. and to save face Putin will try and annex Belarus
It appears that russia's main target last night was a Pattiot air defense system and it's being reported now that the system was damaged. Ukraine really needs more than the two systems they have. They can probably repair the damaged one but that leaves them vulnerable.
Sounds like the damage was minimal and it's still operational and doesn't have to be removed for repairs. No damage to the radar.

Biden has given the OK for training of Ukrainians on F-16's and will not object if allies transfer F-16's to Ukraine. Allies still to decide when and how many, definitely will not be in time for the counteroffensive but hopefully byt the time they do get them they will have driven russia out of all their territory and can use them to fend off rocket and missile attacks.
