The other advantage of landing at 3 is the salary slot being at 8 million. Nurk + #3 (in the new salary year (after July 1)) can bring back up to 32 mil in a trade without even touching Ant.
as everybody knows I'm a strong "keep Dame" advocate. But I would be reluctant to trade the 3rd pick unless it's a great return...like a Bridges or Brown. Sometimes rolling the dice is the best bet on the table
I still have this gut feeling that Wemby will be plagued by injuries. The only two times I have felt that way was with Zion and with Chet.
it absolutely never happens and you'll never convince me otherwise...I'm on a roll...a vodka roll don't worry, I'll either lose steam or my wife will shut me down
on the plus side guys is that this will give us 6 weeks to argue incessantly about what to do with the pick. I calculate I can vaguely insult Wesley Matthews, Illmatic, and Nate Bishop hundreds of times between then and now
I guess I just don’t see who we trade the number 3 overall pick(Miller/Scoot) and their rookie deal for? I’m not giving that up for KAT or Siakam. Who do people want for that pick that is realistic? I think we have to keep it.
Something to keep in mind about Miller https://www.gainesville.com/story/s...l-connected-to-tuscaloosa-murder/69939302007/
Look, I'm fucking stupid. Would Nurk, 3, and filler be enough for Bridges. If not, can we happily trade Ant too?
I'd take either of those dudes straight up for the pick if we keep Sharpe. Or if we could get OG for the 23 pick, then we keep what we have and maybe try to get something for Simons. Hell i dunno. I'm an SEC guy and watched Miller all year. He's absolute stud. Don't like the way Bama handled the gun deal but whatever.
If we trade it for soon to be 30 year old Siakam, don’t win a chip and Scoot turns into Ja without the off the court shit it’s gonna be real depressing.
