With the 38 selection of the 2005 Draft, The Oakland Raiders have selected..Omar Jacobs, QB - Bowling Green[IMG]Have a feeling if i didn't draft this guy that he wouldnt be available in the 3rd round & the Raiders really need a franchise QB

THe lions select:[IMG]KO Simpson, Safety, South CarolinaPositives - Ko is a fantastic athlete with great cover speed for a safety. He has great instincts and ball-hawking ability. He will make interceptions and is a threat to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. He recorded 6 picks as a freshmen which helped him earn SEC Freshmen of the year honors along with Freshmen All-American honors. He possesses good size and a solid frame. Can come up and make tackles if called upon, evidenced by his 103 his sophomore year. Takes good pursuit angles after the ball. His coordination, fluid hips, balance, and agility make him an intriguing prospect.Weaknesses - Experience is the main weakness for Ko, he only played 2 years of college football before declaring early. Also, he is already 22 years old so he is older for being such an inexperienced prospect. Not a very physical tackler and that needs to be improved upon. Not the best straight-line speed, but has enough quickness to make up for it. Needs to show more leadership ability.Overall Analysis - Ko is an intriguing prospect who has the ability to be the top Free Safety chosen in April's draft. He is a well-rounded prospect who does not need work in too many areas, but has great upside. The fact he only played 2 years of college ball might hurt him, but once teams see his athletic ability it probably won't matter too much. The kid could have a long NFL future ahead of him, especially if he gets in the right defensive system. Considering his ability to make plays on the ball he might make a few trips to Hawaii before he is done. The loins pass coverage should be much improved with the pass rushing talents oh halli and the coverage skills of Simpson.

The Buffalo Bills selectCB - Antonio Cromartie - Florida St.Height: 6-2 1/8 | Weight: 208 | 40-Time: 4.41Official BioStrengths:A tremendous natural athlete...Exceptionally fast for a guy of his dimensions...Has outstanding size with long arms...Has great hands and ball skills...Has a knack for coming away with the big play and interception...Has fluid hips and is a pure cover man...Physical and will support the run...A threat to score every time he gets his hands on the ball...Is also a good return man...Proved to be a game changer during his short career with the Noles and came through with a number of impact plays...Has a ton of upside and hasn't even begun to reach his vast potential.Weaknesses:Is coming off of a knee injury...Has only played in 25 total games and has very little starting experience...Very raw and his footwork and technique will need development...Needs to be more consistent...Is not a great tackler...Aggressive and will take too many risks at times...A project who has a high risk factor and his selection will be made mostly based on promise rather than actual production.Notes:Tore the ACL in his left knee in July and missed the entire 2005 season...Was a member of the FSU track team that won the ACC Championship in 2004...If his knee checks out okay in exams and he works out like he is capable of there is no reason why this guys stock won't soar leading up to the draft...A rare prospect who might have been a Top 5 overall pick in 2007 had he gone back to school.
