Another incredible night for Judge. Two more homers and robs one in right field as well. The obvious MVP.
I was worn out after a long day with a big cookout and a lot of guests, so I missed the entire game last night...wish I had been awake for Judge's heroics.
He's the best player in baseball right now. Knock on wood he stays healthy and he should cruise to another MVP.
Oh, absolutely... but as I've been harping on in the past, I don't see him dodging injuries from playing in the OF past the age of 35 with 4 more years still left on his contract till he's 39. Crashing into OF walls and diving for fly balls is not a good formula for longevity. So once Rizzo is gone, the Yanx need to have already given Judge several games at 1B and play him there till he retires, kinda like they did with Mantle.
