<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Jamal Lewis - RB - Ravens NFL Network's Adam Shefter reports that Jamal Lewis will re-sign with the Ravens for three years and close to $25 million. The Mike Anderson era lasted 12 hours. We suspect the third year has a balloon payment that won't be reached, but Lewis wasn't getting better offers elsewhere. Lewis is still young enough to bounce back from his health and attitude problems. But after his miserable 2005 season, he's among the biggest question marks in fantasy football. He should still go in the first three rounds. Mar. 13 - 11:37 am etSource: NFL.com</div><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Ravens | Contract update: J. LewisMon, 13 Mar 2006 14:16:52 -0800ESPN.com's John Clayton reports Baltimore Ravens RB Jamal Lewis' new contract with the Ravens is a three-year, $26 million deal. In reality, though, Lewis will be playing on a one-year deal that pays him $6 million, and the relationship with the Ravens will be reviewed after the season. Lewis received a $5 million signing bonus and a $1 million base. The final two years of the contract will pay him $10 million each season with roster bonuses of $5 million in March that the Ravens have to decide to pay or renegotiations will begin for a new deal in 2007.</div>

Jamal Lewis started off the season having 40yrd games. In his last few games he was having 80yrd games. He'll be back to his old self next season

At first.. I didn't really want him back, but thinking about it I guess it's a good idea resigning him. He's still young(he's only 26-27) and had an ankle injury that was bothering him last year. I expect him to be back to his normal form this season, and even if he does do bad again we have Mike Anderson.Since we resigned Jamal Lewis I'm guessing we're drafting a DT/DB the first round. This offseasons looking good for us so far, all we need now is a QB,DT,DB, and some Oline help.

I think he will probably try to prove himself this year.
