Shaun Williams is always hurt and fell out of a starting role.
Thomas Davis is going to start at LOLB I think. No Will Witherspoon... and nobody at that spot right now.
Yeah i seen that coming cuz Thomas played both S and Lb in College so its not a hard transition for him.
The Panthers don't want to use Davis as an OLB, they never did. He's versitale and they move him all over, but they dont want him as a full time OLB. Williams is great when he can stay on the field, even this season on two bum knees, whenever he was in he looked fantastic.
