    Cano crashed and burned which caused him to miss 3000 hits and 400+ homers. I thought Gleyber would be a 30/100 guy easily.

    And volpe completely overmatched again (shocker) flailing away and now batting .185. Send this kid down to triple A and get perazza up here already. Not doing this kid any favors watching him fail miserably

    A deserved loss and series loss at home to a bad team. This offense is abysmal and unwatchable. At least could've went IKF there instead of Volpe who hasn't hit anything. Regardless, three friggin hits in ten innings is disgusting.

    Nothing will change unless this team is rebuilt. They're fooling themselves if they think this team is anything close to championship caliber. I don't even want to hear about when healthy. That will not change the fact that DJ and Donaldson are washed up. Can still play defense as good as anyone but both can't hit anymore. Stanton is and often injured payroll killing albatross. Volpe might end up being solid but looks completely unmatched right now. Bader can help but I doubt he will ever stay healthy. Are they really hanging their hopes on Calhoun, Bauers and McKinney?
