The lineup of
Dame, Bridges, OG, Grant, Claxton with Sharpe/Thybulle as a 6/7-th men is nice.

Good shooting, decent ball-handling, good defense (with a POA defender).
The glaring weakness is REBOUNDING.

 

Unfortunately Scoot won't make it past two.

 

I know ....it sucks because it is so close between him and Miller. But Scoot is so much more important to us for trade options.

 

Would you do Simons, #3 and #43 to Chicago for LeVine, Caruso and Andre Drummond?

 

I would not.

 

Drummond is a throw in, no chance in hell I do 3 and Simons for Lavine and Caruso. Not to mention when you factor in salaries, it has to be Simons and Nurk. I'd do 23 for Caruso. The difference between Simons and Lavine isn't big enough to justify 3 and Caruso involved. Easy no.

 

lol...c'mon man....not a chance. Why would you toss away the 3 so cheaply? Were you paid to ask that here by a Bulls fan?

 

Please absolutely do not trade #3 for anything but a star player. Siakam, Levine, markkanen, and DeRozan are not guys you trade a top 3 pick for. Especially Top 3 in a great draft class

If they love Scoot he is worth those two guys... they also get value in Nas IMO. I like that trade for us but it's important to understand that we are giving up the third pick in a draft where the top three prospects are very highly rated and not one of the guys we're getting back has been an all star and they've been in the league 4 (Claxton), 5 (Bridges) and 6 (Anunoby) years.

 

For like 45 games until OG inevitably gets injured.

I agree for the most part… but I would remove Markkanen from the list (26 year old All Star PF sharp shooter) and add Bridges to your list.

 

Bridges can swing from SG to SF
OG can swing from SF to PF
Grant can swing from SF to PF
