    If I remember correctly, Scoot talked about Pooh during his media availability in Portland after his workout. Spoke about him as his mentor. I don't know if this means anything but it sure isn't bad if you think Scoot is the future.

    There is a press event on the 26th and it may be announced then. Here is the email I got for my RSVP

    We cannot wait to see you at the brand event on June 26th at the Chiles Center at the University of Portland! Thanks for letting us know you will be attending the event. There is no physical ticket – just show up and your name will be on our list.



    Please plan to arrive by 10:45 as the press event will start promptly at 11am. It will conclude by 12:30pm at the latest. Note that from around 11:30 until noon there will be an opportunity for kids to play basketball on the court – if you have kids between 4-12ish years old feel free to bring them and send them on court to play!

    He hasn't been on the Blazers bench for a couple seasons. Was with Detroit the last two, so not sure there is a opening for B Roy.

    How does our G League team get players to fill out the squad? Is there an Expansion Draft where we can get some from other teams?

    They have the rights to those ~14 players, but likely only a few make the roster. The rest will be filled with players like Badji, Butler, Mays, Jeenathan Williams, etc, and then UDFA's they pick up after the Draft. They had some of those types of players in today.
