Title says it all On average for each night, each week, how many hours of sleep would you say you get each night? Is it enough or do you feel like you should get more?
I’d say for the past 8+ years I’ve been at about 6-8 hours of sleep on average and that works for me. Sometimes I will get only 5 hours but definitely notice a difference. 7-8 hours seems to be the magic # for me.
On a good night, 5 but usually less than that. I have never had to have a lot of sleep to function tbh. Maybe not the healthiest thing mind.
I used to think I got about 8 hours, but after monitoring with the Fitbit app I've noticed that I'm in fact averaging about 6.5-7 hours. I'm sure this will change once baby comes in August
Sleeping well is sadly not a skill I possess. Generally in the 4-6 range. Definitely prefer to be closer to 7.
Periodic insomnia. Not as bad or frequent as in the past. Still not good sleeper and often drowsy during day and evening. Absolutely can't sleep in.
I probably average 7-8. If I go many nights of lack of sleep like 6 hours I end up with massive migraines, so make sure I am getting enough sleep.
Steady 7 hours unless I'm going fishing in the higher country...then probably 6 hours. I've never had sleep issues. Wife has them..she's a super light sleeper as is our son.
