It would be nice to have someone that averaged six assists and six rebounds. Has Simons ever had six rebounds and six assists in the same game?

Value has to be TO somebody. Name a team that values Anfernee.

Simmons is certainly a lot more unique of a player than Simons. Just about every team has an undersized shooting guard, and while he may be a better scorer than many, he's a worse defender than most.

Anfernee plays. Ben hasn't in two years.

Both of them were sat at the request of their respective teams last year.

Simmons' health is a serious question - can he recover from back surgery?

Dame is not a therapist. Is Ben ever going to get his mental health right? Not so sure.

I like this idea, but I don't think Detroit is ready to hand the keys to Jalen Duren yet.

If they don't it's silly. Duren looks ready. Stewart was mediocre last year.

You are turning into the Stephen A. of hot takes. The schtick you have been on for the last 9-12 months has really got to go. Even mods are sick of it.

He was all NBA. He led Sixers to 16 straight wins his rookie year without Embiid. Just rolling with Belinelli and Ilyasova. He has size and quickness, great court awareness, great defense. And he’s still very young. He’s been great more than he’s been bad. He’s the perfect player to have when Dame gets trapped. He can also play center. He had a rough series vs Atlanta. Then he had issues with back pain and mental illness. But when the Nets stabilized for 6 weeks and went 18-2, he was playing great. He needs a stable situation with a coach and star teammate who believe in him and we can offer that.

Ben was playing like 6 months ago and playing well as the Nets went 18-2 and we’re clearly the best team in the league. Kyrie ruined it.

In a win vs Milwaukee 6 months ago, Simmons had 12 points 11 rebounds 8 assists and 3 steals. That’s all we need from him.
