He is playing chess with Dame, if he comes out as a winner i'll forever be grateful to him

not to mention that in b2b years he tanked at the right time and he netted us Sharpe/Scoot

We are in a better position now with him running the show for 1 year than after 10 years with Olshey

This is the offseason in which he can project us into the future, let's hope he completes what he started 1 year ago

I love his drafts. They have been fantastic so far.

Not a huge fan of some of his trades.

I have high hopes for this offseason.

Never though I'd suggest this to someone, but would you take one for the team and buy a joint?

Playing chess.....wha.....calling Dame's bluff? Where does this stuff come from? Please elaborate on a single reason Mr. Lillard has to bluff the teams managment? Last time I checked, he is getting paid regardless.

Furthermore, what in Mr. Lillard's past shows he is one to stoop as low as bluffing?

He was basically saying that Olshey didn't play ball with his head coach.

He has built a roster with 18 guards, 2 wings, and one big over 6'9.

If Neil did this, you would be the first one trashing him

Hard to keep a pork shoulder lit. Once you do, it's a lunger!

This is what Ive been saying. Drafts have been fabulous. I'm ok with the tanking and youth.

But the trade deadline deals have been poor, especially the Clippers deal. The off-season GP2 signing was horrific, other vet min pickups were bad too.

Main issue I have is this team not having a consistent direction. When Neil was fired it should've been one person getting hired and working toward a single set of goals pushing for a 3-5 year plan. We seem to change plans every few months.

If we're rebuilding you don't sign GP2 or you don't trade the Duren pick for Grant. If we're winning now you don't trade Hart for a late pick or let Ingels/Bledsoe/Trade exceptions expire for nothing. You also get one backup center and one backup PG. We had Keon at PG and Grant at center.

The Nurk and Ant contracts were another Olshey style blunder, now they appear to have little trade value. They had no offers so it was ridiculous to overpay them.

Also he has the Jody/Bert limitations which yes make it harder to build a winner.
