Process is fine, but if it goes on too long, it starts to get moldy.

Windy said Kyrie might be interested in Philly if Harden is gone

Draymond is currently in Vegas with Steph and Klay on The Match right now. I think he’s re-signing with the Dubs.

A star who fails in the big games every single year. I'd rather have Zion.

I've been good with KAT if we aren't giving up Scoot, and would be happy with George if we don't give him a supermax extension. Those guys both have totally different skills than Dame so it makes sense.

Harden plays more of a PG with shitty defense role that duplicates all of Dames strengths. Now hes declining significantly. Kyrie Irving is probably the only worse "superstar" you could suggest pairing with Dame.

What would we offer for Embiid? They're probably asking for Sharpe Scoot plus something else. I love the thought of pairing Dame and Embiid, but super worried he might be about to finally fall apart from injuries. Then we shipped out a decade+ of the All NBA first teammates duo for a declining former star and a now mid 30s Dame.

Scared too on any deals with Morey, he's sort of like Masai Ujiri in that he rarely loses out on star trades.

I'm not sure what this implies, that Kyrie would help build talent so Embiid sticks around or that Embiid would leave shortly after Kyrie destroys his 5th franchise.

Kyrie is cancer. I honestly don't give 2 sharts about where he ends up. Every FA period and every trade deadline he is asking out somewhere else.

No PG, Kyrie, Harden or any other 30+ year old Diva.

I’m down with OG, Allen, or even Ayton I guess, young guys not on their last contract but also difference makers that will still be worth their salary when Sharpe/Scoot are in their primes.

Hilarious that it blew up in Dallas’ face.

I'm shocked Dallas traded the assets they did for him. I'd rather have any of Dinwiddle, DFS or that pick than Kyrie and they gave up all 3. The team predictably lost many more games after he arrived. I don't see how he can help them win next season, unless they can trade him.

Honestly, Kyrie might have put the nail in the coffin of Luka in Dallas.

is it possible that Dame is watching the rest of the NBA and sees:

    * how the Kawhi/PG13 pairing in LAC has failed, even with Ballmer spending like a drunken sailor

    * how Durant and Harden and Kyrie have hopped from team to team always leaving damage in their wakes and no actual success

    * how Chris Paul has gone from New Orleans, to LAC, to Houston, to, OKC, to Phoenix and then to Washington-->Warriors in about a month

    * seeing teams dumping players in fear of the 2nd apron

and how Denver and Miami made it to the finals with one star and organically grown rosters. And has maybe decided getting traded isn't so good after all?

Yeah but Brunson left them they didn't trade him, I'm pretty sure they wanted to keep him and he just wanted to get back to the east coast.

Amid rumors of the Portland Trail Blazers potentially looking to trade away the No. 3 overall pick in the 2023 NBA draft, superstar guard Damian Lillard made it clear that he has no interest in calling the shots when it comes to personnel moves.

Speaking to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, Lillard said he doesn't abuse the power of being the face of the franchise due to concerns over how it could impact him later in his career:

"I don't take a stance of power, I guess. If they ask me something, I'll give them the answer.
I'll tell them what I really think. I'm not in there trying to make a decision or anything like that. I do my job.
If something's presented to me or a question is asked to me, I give an honest answer.
I try not to be a part of the player empowerment because we've seen enough situations where guys who were at their peak
and at the top of their game had that power and influence,
and when they weren't at that level anymore or the back end, people remember that.
They'll remember how you used that power and how you leveraged that power.
It could determine how you go out.
It can affect you towards the end of your career when you might feel disrespected or dealt with in a way that doesn't represent the kind of career you had.
I think in this era, you've got to be careful how you handle that position.
I think we've seen cases where people have handled it in a way that wasn't the best for them. Hopefully we learned from that."

And how Miami actually lost a play-in game and still made it to the finals.
