    This better be part of something bigger. TWat had a bright (as in solid role player, which is important for teams) future, imo.

    Yeah this doesn't make sense unless we're bringing in someone who fills his role and then some. I liked him a lot for his upside. Something is about to happen. Or as Kevin Hart said: "It's about to go down".

    He will fit nicely as a 8th/9th guy on another team now. And god damn does every team need one of those. It's just like having that bullpen guy in baseball. They are so important.

    They must be high on Murray and Walker to go this route. Or at least have something up their sleeve in the next day

    Murray does not seem like a Watford replacement at all, to me. Walker, though I suppose could be if he made a huge leap this summer.

    How can you be high enough on a player who hasn't played an NBA minute over a guy who has shown you quality bench minutes when asked? I'm just confused and annoyed.

    Walker makes $1.7 million and Watford would've made $1.8 million. The vet minimum for older players is $2.7 million. This makes no sense.

    Loved Watford, but let's face it, he was not quick twitch. He replaced the hole in my fan heart when Josh Hart left, so this one hurts a bit. Walker may be coming into his own, and is a better rebounder. Might be something cooking as well...

    Production per his contract was quite good. Will be interesting to see what the reasoning is and what comes out of it.

    Then again, he was over 6'6", and we can't have too many of those guys. SMH....
