not if you walk around later on. Good pizza by the slice on every corner for a buck! or at least that was the price pre-COVID.
I agree a slight overpay, that will look way better after the new TV deal and even a bit better after the CBA and the contracts we see next summer. It's not a great deal by any means, in fact it's just slightly bad, but not nearly as bad as people are freaking out about. I think people are more angry this doesn't signal a youth movement and trading Dame and a lot of folks want to move on from Lillard.
I appreciate your honesty, I think that's why most people are so livid about this. Especially smarter fans on other teams who know this signals no Dame to their team.
Those hating this move can cry in their beer. Looks like a pretty good deal to me. I think what shocks me is Phoenix , LA , and Golden State can make any moves at all. And none of them are unbeatable if Portland can land a quality SF, and backup center. If Sharpe and Scoot are as good as billed , Blazers are gonna be a factor .
For the record… put the Tommy Bahama chair into the water…. Just enough to lightly lap up on my underneath. It was a pretty bitching day. Some people say “wish you were here” but I was grateful no dogs here.
Got two MEGA slices for $3.50 in Greenwich Village about 2 blocks from the Friends house in 2018. Checks out.
The reactions are crazy on here. This contract fits easily and is absolutely not an overpay if you look at all at what is being given out. He is worth 30 a year. That is what he got. Good defender. Very good scorer. very good at getting to the line. Hit a couple clutch shots last year. Wants to play here. So if they got him for 28 million everyone would be happy? Did you all think they were going to get him for 25?
Don't pull the offer or agents will just avoid Portland like the plague even more than currently. But do ask Grant if he would rather be sign and traded to somebody else.
I think they did too and I think they're hoping to be able to trade him before the deadline. They want assets.
