He originally entered the league as a seventh-round (215th overall) selection by the Buffalo Bills in the 2002 NFL Draft. He played his college ball at Auburn.During his career, Pucillo has appeared in 25 games with 18 starts. Last season, he played in 10 games with six starts with the Browns. Pucillo saw his most extensive as a pro in 2003, starting 12 games at guard with the Bills.Walter, 6-4 and 303 pounds, was orginally a sixth-round selection of the Dallas Cowboys in the 2002 NFL Draft. He has appeared in 40 games with nine starts during his four-year career.Walter, who played his college ball at Ohio State, spent three seasons with Dallas, playing both guard and center positions. He was released by the Cowboys on Sept. 3, 2005, and signed in Houston last November. He did not register any playing time, however.</div>http://www.redskins.com/news/newsDetail.jsp?id=16103I'm glad we're looking at the depth of our offensive line because we really didn't have anyone to step up for Randy Thomas last year when he went down. We need guys that can step up when other guys are injured (or for any other reason)
Looks like Portis will have more rome to run this season, and he will start the season off good unlike last year.
