If he becomes/stays healthy he can become a better player. He already has awesome speed he needs to work on catching and mechanics like that.

Sorry he isn't a TO.

    He has decent hands...his problem is getting forgotten with all the weapons the Giants have and staying healthy.

He rarely gets the ball, when he does he usually catches it. He dropped a few more than he usually does last season, but he doesnt have horrible hands.and they never use Carter on special teams because of how injury prone he's been...so he's not that great of a KR and we dont need one anyway, and he's not a gunner, not anything on special teams.
