But I would want to turn the page before the season starts Edit: Mainly because I don’t want Scoot, Shaedon, and Ant to have to deal with the drama. I want them to focus on gelling as a unit and developing their roles without the specter of Dame’s future hanging over them and who might be traded with Damon.

I agree. I'm not talking talent level either. I don't think this is all Dame. I think there are a lot of outside influences that hammering him right now. I could be wrong. But in a perfect world, I think he'd rather stay in Portland. Durant is a mercenary. Dame is not.
