I actually have a really good mic. I like the headsets. I don't really like the microphones sitting on the desk. If I don't fire up the software though, for some reason the mic doesn't work as well. Definitely have some first-timer shit I need to deal with.

Thanks for all the advice though

I forget the rules @SlyPokerDog , now that he's a public figure with a podcast, can we insult him?

when I was old enough to drink in bars, 8-tracks were still around and VHS tapes were still more than a decade away. I filled up my Rambler Classic Station Wagon, 3-speed with an overdrive...bought it for $75....uhhh, I filled it up when gas was 24.9 cents/gallon. I saw the Rolling Stone in Seattle in 1972; Johnny Winter in SF the same year.

1972 was also the year I was in the draft lottery. I was working in road construction in eastern Oregon near John Day. I had just picked up a 6-pack of Colt-45 at a tiny store in Bates, even though I wasn't 21 yet (store owner didn't care) and saw the headline about the lottery on the front page of the Oregon. Oh Shit!! says I so I put up my quarter and saw my number was 362, so I bought another 6-pack and got shit faced drunk knowing I wasn't going to have my balls shot off in a rice patty. Then about a year later, my first ex-wife ripped my balls off as she exited the marriage. The rice patty looked like a better bet as she was walking out of the door

You've put on weight. And I mean that in the best way possible.

Nate, some Blazer fanatics are currently trying to water down the Powell/RoCo trade. It's fascinating that illusions are becoming word of mouth reality.
