Trade away Dame for another guard? So our 4 best players would still be guards..... WTF is up with Cronin and guards? Last year we had DameAntHartSharpe and Cronin throws the full MLE hard cap on a 5th guard whose 6'3" I'm wondering if Cronin was the one pulling the strings on Olshey having 4 guards with DameCJAntNorm..... we seem to always setup the team that way and if anything have had even more guards since Joe took over from Olshey. I was fine picking Scoot as a guard since it was clear BPA.... But targeting a star guard in a trade when your top3 players are already guards is asinine.
Scoot/Sharpe or Ant/Levine/Grant/Nurk??? That would be one fun lineup to put on the floor. I'm in the minority, but I like Levine's athleticism, his mid-range, and his ability to create. Replace Ant and Nurk with a big body rim protector/rebounder and things look interesting. I'm seeing Levine listed as a SG and SF. We've played a 3-guard lineup quite a bit, and running the ball will be key.
LaVine is most likely going to be a Sixer. This dude called the Paul Reed -> Utah thing about an hour before it happened. Also this: Combine this with the "What are the Sixers up to??" bullshit from Windy in the last few days. I think this is likely to get done.
