Agreed. I've been most impressed by the two Thompson twins out of anyone in this draft. Their defense is going to translate from day 1.

    Scoot's cool too.

Yeah I really wanted to draft both twins and Scoot haha. I agree this was a monster draft.

I saw OKC had like 100-1 odds to win the title or something. One of these years they're going to be a great bet. They have soo much great young talent and enough trade assets to acquire a couple stars in a trade.

Like it Embiid wanted out of Philly or something they could acquire both him and Dame pretty easily plus keep SGA and have six very good role players.

I'd probably rank them along with the Spurs as the teams most likely to be contending in 5 years. Maybe Denver is still up there then - and Utah has a ton of assets.

Damn...... the west is freaking stacked long term.

My Individual SL grades after 3 games (subject to change):
    stats: https://basketball.realgm.com/nba/summer/1/NBA-2K24-Summer-League/53/stats/Portland-Trail-Blazers/24

    Scoot - A
Bill Simmons has a whole video gushing about his SL performance. He guarded other team's best player (Amen).

    Sharpe - C
Lots of semicontested 3's. Highly inefficient. Floating. Bored?

    Walker - B+
2 double-doubles in 3 games. Assigned to guard opponent's best big, and has done admirably. I'm looking for rebounding from him, and he's doing pretty well on that count.

    Murray - C
Disappointing. Not aggressive, doesn't make things happen. Shoots open 3s, and that's mostly it.

    Badji, Reath - B
One of them could probably be an OK backup C. Neither is vastly better than the Shaq from Troutdale, but Badji is likely better than the other 2 at shotblocking/defense. (edit: stats say Reath had more bpg than Badji in SL so far)

    Rupert - C
Made some good defensive plays, but none of his opponents were scared by him. Long way to go.

I have no idea Badji gets a "B", gets an F from me, guy has looked awful IMO, very poor athleticism and instincts, how can a guy that big with huge wingspan be such a horrid rebounder? Reath has looked much better but we need a "real" prospect like a Kai Jones from Char who has too many C's

So, it should not be WABC, but WABCIP. You mislead us all these years.

Yeah how do Badji and Reath get the same grade? Reath looked good and Badji looks like a complete waste of space.

I didn't mean to give them the same grade, I meant that the centers overall grade for the center position to be a B.

Maybe some day we can all pitch in and get you a custom Blazers jersey with “Lottie” on the back.

Yeah this is still just Fentress. Nobody else is reporting it. I don't trust Fentress.

What, you don’t take “an NBA source” as gospel?
