Re: Is Jimmy Rollins' streak 38 or 2? A guy on Colin Cowherd made a interesting comment. He said "Hey 2 weekends ago I finished bowling a game with 6 straight strikes, and then started my first game this past weekend with 5 straight strikes. I was so excited to bowl a perfect game! It doesn't matter than I had 4 gutter balls in both games, I hit 11 strikes consecutively, thus it's a perfect 300 and just as much of an accomplishment as a guy who did it in one game. I'm so excited that I get to tell everyone that I have bowled a perfect game"
Re: Is Jimmy Rollins' streak 38 or 2? It's 38. DiMaggio will still have the record for a single-season streak, unless of course Rollins hits safely in 56 games to start the season
Re: Is Jimmy Rollins' streak 38 or 2? 38. I hope he hits in like 56 straight games this season alone, to add on to the 36 of last season so people will actually start to give him credit.
Re: Is Jimmy Rollins' streak 38 or 2? I say 38 but I don't think they are gonna give him last year's streak

Re: Is Jimmy Rollins' streak 38 or 2? you're just jealous because no met could hit in 10 straight games.

Re: Is Jimmy Rollins' streak 38 or 2? It's not fraudulent? It'd be harder to go 36 games at the end of one season, then start off the next season with 21 games than to just go 56 in a row IMO. He was clearly on a role at the end of last season, and I can't think of the word right now, but he obviously lost it over the months in the offseason.
