As the title says and as recommended on here, if you would be so kind as to vote for one of the options put forth to help me with my project. Got the writing and organization part of it figured out, but just want to get this figured out haha. Thanks much friends! If you vote for other, please feel free to suggest your own and I will take it into account!
Stealing the screen name of a former(?) forum member, "Harry's Raincoat" would be an awesome title......
I like the Pinwheel Chronicles....too bad it's taken because Rip City Remix would've been a good title as well.
So is it another historical chronical of the team's history? Cool, cause i'm all in on more stuff like that. Lots of Pictures please.
The Blazers have been one of the most successful franchises in NBA history during their timeframe. But there is plenty of heartbreak with injuries, and missed opportunities (failed draft picks, failing to make deals that were potentially there) , that have made the franchise seem snakebit.
Thanks for the feedback friends! Lots of good suggestions here, but after talking it over with my assistant, we have decided to go with as in the poll, The Pinwheel Chronicles. Now to start working on a cover, but not huge rush on that, as probably not gonna be out till next year anyway and the publisher we choose will have the best insight and/or design for that.
Somewhat a chronical of the team will be in there yes when needed, but the biggest part of it will be fan stories about their Blazer fandom, pictures they are allowing me to put so yes lots of those, and similar other things. Lots of pictures indeed lol will be in there. Now, some people want compensation for allowing their pictures to be put in, will have to figure out something about that. Not sure if that is 100 percent feasible. As soon as it is published, plan on having a kind of contest on here to give 5 users a free copy! And for anyone else, goal is to make it as cheap as possible. Not about making a big profit for me, this is very much a passion project, not a financial one.
Glad you landed on a good idea! I was going to throw out “Rip Shitty: The Torment of Fans” but it may not have sold all that well.
