In a theoretical, not-happening-trade … Contracts and talent to Philly … Nurkic + Simons + Scoot = Embiid (age + games missed + not rising in playoffs as negatives … otherwise, an MVP) Nurk and Simons are both dollars and Simons + Maxey is some serious shooting. Scoot is talent. A couple picks go to the 76ers. Lillard, Sharpe, Thybulle, Grant, Embiid — a contender Walker, Murray, Rupert, Reath, Keon … spend that exception $8 million and tax-MLE on the bench. IMHO, this is serious — not a thing to wait on for Morey. Waiting until next year’s free agency is risking wasting a year of Embiid and him demanding a trade. Durant out. Harden wants out … AGAIN … Dame wants out. The timing of this for Embiid is a right now issue.

To be fair, Herro/Jovic/Jacquez/2picks is much less than what most Blazer fans want for Dame. And Dame is also not quite on the same level as Embiid.
I'd rather move Ant, Nurk, Little, Keon and 3 first round picks plus some second round picks. Keep the rookies Ant and Nurk and Little have some salary to help the deal.
