I'm not going to respond on all the comments, I'm just going to say that the Redskins overpayed for every single person they got. That's it.

You don't know that.I bet you said the Bengals would have a top 5 pick. That's what everyone thought. Did you think the Bears would have a great season too?

I honestly don't see the Redskins going to the superbowl. Just cause they scored big in free agency doesn't mean anything.

But we ended up having a losing season.

That's stupid. How would I know? I'm saying we are capable of winning it. Will we? Well, probably not. But after week 17, I can probably say yes to it.

The redskins are missing a key part............A QB.Brunell is solid at best..................Cambell is unproven and I didn't like him too much coming out of school anyways. But i guess I am just spoiled by Mr. America Peyton manning.

Teams with Carson Palmer, Rudi Johnson, Chad Johnson, TJ Houshmanzadeh arent going to only win 4 or 5 games to pick that low.Although your right that I didnt think the Bears would be that good, but still. It still doesnt change that I dont think the Redskins are a team with a legit chance of the Super Bowl.-Say what you want, but I still dont think Mark Brunell is good enough to lead a team to the Super Bowl, and Campbell is basically a rookie since all he did was get splinters in his ass last season from sitting on the bench so much.-Randel-El and Brandon Lloyd are both still terribly overrated and shouldnt be above a teams #3 reciever. Yet combined there gonna get paid about 10 million against the cap.-They go and completely ignore the main reason they lost in the playoffs in their CORNERBACK POSITION.-Sean Taylor very well might be sitting in a Jail Cell next season.-They have still yet to replace Lavar Arrington, and 2 scrubs off the bench that only JHair can name may be decent, but there no Lavar Arrington and we all know it.

^His name is Brandon Lloyd. No. Just no.Lloyd is a #3 WR? No. Just no.CORNERBACK. Well, no shit... they were all injured...Sean Taylor will not go to jail, that would be funny as hell.LaVar is terrible. He only played on 2nd downs. Chris Clemons and Robert McCune will do a lot better than him.

The Ravens also had like 50 injuries. If Boller didn't go down week one, we might have actually won more games. Anthony Wright can't throw or run worth crap. Billick was stupid enough to start Moore for 4 weeks. Clayton had a minor injury. Ed Reed and Ray Lewis all went down with injuries. Jamal Lewis wasn't 100%. Ricard never got on track. Not saying we shoulda won the Super Bowl or anything but a 8-8 season was at least possible without all the set backs. As for the Redskins...Lloyd isn't really a possession receiver. He likes flash. He's far from being a player that will always make the safe play.Randle El has never proven he could be anything better than the slot.LaVar wasn't terrible its just that he wore out his welcome in DC.

Id hate to break it to you, but those are the kind of numbers #3 Recievers get, and it took him a #2 recievers playing time to manage to get that many. [IMG] http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/stats?playerId=4582 - Lloyd48 Receptions, 733 Yards, 5 TDFor a '#1 Receiver', those are pathetic numbers. This one averages an amazing 45.8 yards recieving per game...and that was as a #1 reciever in San Francisco. And to make it even worse......<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Redskins | Lloyd will get a new contractThe Washington Post reports the Washington Redskins will give WR Brandon Lloyd a new contract. According to several league sources, the new contract will reach up to $10 million in guaranteed money and could average close to $5.5 million per season.</div>And BTW, you calling Lloyd a possession reciever is purely laughable. This guy drops a ton of passes and the only reason he gets any respect around the league is for a few nice catches in between the drops. And when your cornerbacks all get injured this year (since Springs is like Glass anyways), who will replace them?
