Actually @inconceivable nailed it in this description. It is basic geometry.

The photo wasn't taken from someone 15-ft tall.
It was taken at a height of ~5-6 feet. Most likely it was taken from Casey Holdahl (who is maybe ~5'-7").

Mike Barrett could tell me Scoot gained 15lbs of muscle this summer and I'd actaully believe him.

Nurk is a great player to have for Scoot simply because of his screen setting. He'll have more space to work off pick n rolls than he had in the G League and it'll be fun to see how he uses it.

I don't like Scoot's shooting form. He turns his wrist in before he shoots.

Einstein surmised that as light from more distant stars passed by, it too would be curved or bent by the foreground star's gravity

Einstein predicted that scoot will have so much gravity that the light reflected from a distant Nurk is curved making him look smaller.

Scoot is not taller than Nurk, but he is going to be a mega star. That is a picture of Nurk standing straight that's seen as bent because of scoot. That's physics.
