Supposedly the Browns, Ravens, and Eagles like Ngata. Phil Savage (Browns GM) has said he wouldnt mind parting with a 2nd also to move up and get a player he wanted.I think the Bills might send the 8th overal pick to the Browns for their 1st (12th overall) and their 2nd.I don't see us sending the 8th to the Eagles because at 14th overall Brodrick Bunkley and Winston Justice would most likley be gone.

Browns signed Ted Washington this offseason, I dont see them trading up to draft someone like Ngata when they could grab either Gabe Watson via a trade down or someone like Babatunde Oshinowo in the 4th who they could train to be a future starter after Washington retires. Not to mention the obvious that the Browns select BEFORE the Ravens and Eagles so they would be the ones who would need to trade up.I could be wrong though.

If anything actually the browns are wanting to trade down not up.http://www.cantonrep.com/index.php?Category=17&ID=281206&r=1 <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Head Coach Romeo Crennel hinted Monday that Ohio State linebacker Bobby Carpenter might be a candidate. Carpenter could be targeted if the Browns trade down a few spots. The Browns? biggest hole is at inside linebacker. ?(Carpenter) is very versatile,? Rees said. ?He has the size and IQ to play inside. It?s one of those situations where, if you put him at inside linebacker on Day 1, he?d probably do well there. If you put him on the outside, it?d be the same.?Savage and Rees indicated the Browns have analyzed the three quarterbacks regarded as top-10 candidates. Rees said Matt Leinart, Vince Young and Jay Cutler probably all will be gone before they pick, but, ?We have to be ready, and we will be,? if one falls. That means they?ll be ready to listen to trade offers.Among first-round candidates who interest the Browns if they deal down is North Carolina State defensive end Manny Lawson. ?He appears to be a good fit at outside linebacker for a 3-4 team,? said Savage, who mentioned Lawson?s 4.43-second 40-yard dash clocking at the NFL Combine. How far down is Savage willing to move??Our comfort level would be five, six or seven spots,? he said. ?I don?t think you want to go farther down that that.?</div>

Ethan Kelly. He's a nose tackle drafted by Crennel in New England, then brought to Cleveland once Crennel was hired there. They just re-signed him and supposedly really like him to take over for Washington once he retires.I don't think Cleveland is going to trade up to take Ngata or Bunkley, but they will take one of them if and when they fall to them at 12. Either that or trading down, although I have trouble figuring out who it would be with. Possibly Miami if they're serious about picking Chad Jackson, but I doubt it.They see both Bunkley and Ngata as DEs in the 3-4, so with Washington still on the roster that's probably where they'd start. I think they go with one of the two, or even Wimbley.

I know they've said it but I don't get how they see Ngata as a DE, a 330+ pound DE? I mean, come on.
