What are you more? Do you like to be a Moblie Quarterback where you can just be like the cheap vick everytime like you know or you like staying in the pocket to make plays?I used to be the cheap vick because i just couldnt read defense last year but ever since i bought madden last year i was tearing it up, i just stay in the pocket and stay patient and make the big plays. If i dont see nobody open i take the sack to protect the ball.
Im more of a semi-mobile QB fan. I like having someone like Pennington or Roethlisberger or Hasselbeck who can scramble out of the pocket, but I rarely run past the LOS.
I am mostly a pocket QB. When I hike the ball, I might move back or to the side a lot, but I RARELY move outta the pocket. I like to step up and pass also. I hate people who use their QBs like cheap Vicks. They need to learn how to play.
I like using both. For Fun i use Vick but to win games I use pocket qb's. McNabb and McNair is a perfect combo.

i roll with airforce alot of times. WVU is too good. Also I am hyped for this year because Duke will have an option qb.
yea I usually take decent teams like North Texas Mean Green or N. Illinois in Dynasties and just build them up to be powerhoueses even though I play on the hardest difficulty. Recruiting could be more fun like you to take trips to the recruits house and watch them play in HS.
I would prefer someone like Big Ben, Steve Mcnair, or Mcnabb. I'm usually a pocket passer but I'll take off when if I need to.

I like mobile QBs, but I don't use them a lot considering i hate the Falcons, Eagles, Vikings (they still have Daunte on the games) and ya. But I rarely stay in the pocket no matter what QB I use.

The key thing in Madden though, is when someone is being a "Vick whore," I always just do this: 1) Try and fit your linebacks and use the playmaker to throw your linebacker coverage to the outside on the LOS. 2) If you really need your linebackers bcause you're getting raped in the middle, then just do that with your DE's. I use the DE's to do it most often, and it works very well. This way they can scramble to the outside when the middle is clogged by my 4-3 defense. The DT's take well to it and Vick can't go anywhere
