    From his interview, it sounds like he has a lot of respect for Chauncey from the Africa basketball tour. He might be the 'Lieutenant' that helps Coach Billups implement his philosophy.

    I'm a little worried that I might come to be viewed as anti-Simons but here is what I think: Looks as if Billups wants him to be more vocal and more of a leader. I don't think that's who he is. But doesn't seem to be a problem as a lot of other guys look as if they are stepping up. And i don't think it's really necessary for Shae to come out of his shell either. He can still be a great basketball player.
