All the praise Camara is getting is making me hopeful that the FO will not see any reason to keep Knox around.

Knox and Murray are the tallest of the bunch at 6' 7.75", with Knox having the highest standing reach of them all at 9 feet.
Knox looks like the fastest down the court with or without the ball (not sure) and was really good at finishing after catching the ball while moving towards the hoop.
I don't know about his defense and he didn't 3-shoot pointers shoot well for the season, but in a faster-paced offense he might be more effective like he was at the very end with Sharpe starting.
I doubt he'll be good enough to get a backup job with all the new players.

every day competition is a good thing especially with young players who have no expectations. this is the hardest position to nail in the NBA. I'd imagine we'll see this cast of characters rotating in and out all season.

camara's SL tape makes me think he's got the slim lead.

Guaranteed that a minimum of two of these will be key rotation players and one will become a starter...That being Camara. I think it's hilarious that so many are clamoring to trade for a forward when we have 4 that have shown the potential to be as good as the targets. This team has put the ingredients together, and now is the time to let it cook for a bit and then add a spice or two.

Been told that Camara does winning things on the floor. He’s a solid player

Yeah, I think how this season goes relating specifically to those young guys and the 4 will go a long ways in telling us whether we need to trade for one. I think Camara is going to be good and soon.

you'd kind of expect a 4-year NCAA player to be solid, and maybe more NBA-ready

his numbers in college are really quite impressive:

what's most impressive, for me at least, is that his numbers got better, sometimes significantly better, each season. That was especially true for his rebounding and defensive metrics

now I'm not ready to peg him as a starter because I've seen 4 year NCAA players bust out of the NBA who had good progressions in their stats in college. But those numbers do strongly suggest high BBIQ and work habits

by the way, his senior season he was 1st team All-A10, AND, 1st team All A10-Defense

he was also named to the A10 Tournament team and led the conference in rebounding

Yeah, have rarely seen that kind of steady significant improvement EVERY yr across the board in almost evert stat, let's hope it translates, I think it will

I am hoping anyone breaks out from the pack, but it seems Camara might have IT, whatever that is.
