    I worry about Sharpe being the type of player that needs to be focal point of offense or he’ll lose interest.


    Last year when he was focal point he excelled. Not necessarily bad thing but Billups will have to find way to get him more involved.

    Well Henderson going to have hit some 3 or there going play like they do Westbrook. 11 turnover not good but it's a preseason game. I think we going look like of the spurs last year play really good then all sudden they would have 4 minutes stretch where it would fall a part.

    I have a feeling this 1st half is kind of a preview of what to expect this season against decent--->good teams. Blazer defense can't cover and the offense breaks down a lot

    The problem I’m seeing is the Blazers have no go to player. They have some good players but they no longer have that one or two players they know can get them a bucket. Scoot is not that kind of player. Sharpe isn’t there yet. Simons is hit and miss. Grant doesn’t seem to be that guy either and Ayton has never really been that player either.
    Guess we will see if they can mature a bit and gel into a team that can win some games?

    The Blazers looked bad in last year's preseason. Didn't mean much looking at the real games that followed.

    Man this forum is going be rough this year. Two preseason games in and we are already ripping on guys, lol. Not only are there a lot of young players but also lot of new guys learning a new system. Lower your expectations….. and just enjoy the ups
