    I figured it out.

    Clear cache/cookies
    Log into Mexico server
    Sign into NBA.com
    Swap to US VPN server
    Click Blazers game.
    Turn off VPN
    Watch game

    When I tried to log into NBA.com from a US server, it would just time out. Not sure what that was about, but if I log into Mexico first and then swap to a US server after logging into NBA.com, it's fine.

    Ok I have watched my first two minutes of the Blazers this year and I just gotta say I really do hope Scoot is the next Magic. Just a knee jerk reaction but...yeah...
